Question

Do you make an adjustable frequency PWM controller that may be used in a Flyback converter with an external switch?

CEI, 
 The ADP1621 boost controller can be used as you describe for an asynchronous design (one switch, one diode) with or without isolation. 
 The ADP1828 buck controller can be used as a 2 low side switch flyback if you do not need isolation. 
 Here is an example of the ADP1621 design 
 
 PRD1205: Quasi-Isolated Flyback (pdf, 0) This is a 10V - 14 input isolated flyback converter which uses the ADP1621 controller and an AD8691 operational amplifier. The target application of this converter is for powering a portable media player from the accessory power outlet of an automobile.

 No we do not have a controller that operates at 10-50Khz. 
 I am sure you have your reasons to select this frequency range but with recent MOSFET capabilities it may be better to use a higher frequency to maintain the size of the magnetics nice and small.
