Lt3763 drive a 10A LD

Please start with typical schematic on page 23 of datasheet. It is up to 30V input. 

OK.thanks，may i ask one more question,in page 23,PWM Dimming ,i find that Vsw pulse exist overshoot and undershoot,in test,i find overshoot wave and undershoot wave too,it's harmful to mosfet？or ithat wave will breakover mosfet?and how to reduce that wave,by choose another mosfet?my design use BSC059N04LSGATMA1 connect to TG and BG,thanks!

Refer to FET safe operating area. If the overshoot exceed FET rating, then it is not good. VSW spikes on scope shots can be artifacts based on your testing setup. Also, key is PCB layout of your switching converter. Main loops should be tights. We have layout guideline in datasheet and technical article you can find. Please refer to demo board as good reference design.

hi,i have a question about i want to drive a low power LD,maybe just have 100mA or 200mA,Can this chip accurately drive the laser? because in my mind ,LT3763 Suitable for driving high-power LED or LD，If not suitable for drive a low power LD,Can you recommend a suitable LED driver chip for me?how about LT3474?thank you very much
