Lt3680 works at 100 ℃ and 2A load. After working for a few minutes, it has no output and cannot be recovered. Where is its thermal protection function? Shouldn't it be able to recover after shutdown?

Yes, it has the thermal protection. When the die temperature increases above the rising threshold value, the part would be shut down.
The part would be powered back on and be recovered after the temperature drops below the falling threshold value.
