Efficiency of ADP1607 at 32 uA

Hello,

My name is Meir and I am a DFAE in ADI team at Phoenix Technologies Israel.

Meprolight, one of our customers, is interested in ADP1607 for battery powered application.

Their Input voltage range is: 0.8V-3.3V

Output: 2.5V and 3.3V (depending on operational mode)

Load Current: 32uA-10mA/20mA

Important for them to achieve higher efficiensy at following currents: 32uA, 10mA and 20mA.

From Figures 3, 4 and 5 we can't see this parameter.

Please advise what will be a efficiency at above listed currents?

    Thanks for response. My customer ordered eval. board (ADP1607-EVALZ ) and after engineering experiments he decided to use this device in a new design.

    He also requested a Evaluation board design files: schematic, layout and BOM.

    In addition he requested a footprint layout the ADP1607.

    He is working with ALTIUM tool, but he also may open a BRD files. 

    Could you please send me a above mentioned design files in ALTIUM and BRD formats?

    I downloaded a BXL file from ADI site, transferred it into BRD and ALTIUM formats by using ULTRARABRERIAN tool, but unfortunately we didn't succeed open them.
