Efficiency of ADP1607 at 32 uA

Hello,

My name is Meir and I am a DFAE in ADI team at Phoenix Technologies Israel.

Meprolight, one of our customers, is interested in ADP1607 for battery powered application.

Their Input voltage range is: 0.8V-3.3V

Output: 2.5V and 3.3V (depending on operational mode)

Load Current: 32uA-10mA/20mA

Important for them to achieve higher efficiensy at following currents: 32uA, 10mA and 20mA.

From Figures 3, 4 and 5 we can't see this parameter.

Please advise what will be a efficiency at above listed currents?

    Is these graphs refer to efficiency at PWM or PFM switching Mode for light load?

    Is the PFM switching Mode improves the efficiency? Please advise if they are additional graphs for PFM mode?

    Please advise if they are ADI Boost DC-DC devices that can achieve better efficiency at lower currents at 35uA to 10mA with Vin=0.8V-3.3V and Vout=3.3V.

    Maybe something is soon to be released in 3-6 month?
