May i know what types of ADI IC which can be used to act as a power monitoring IC. The details as below:
AC input cut off, battery will trigger the LED to turn on.
When AC available, the power monitoring IC will trigger the battery to charging & always keep battery in full capacity.
The overall circuit no have intention to use MCU is it ok?

you may be able to use a comparator powered by the battery such as the ADCMP350
you need to rectify the AC with a diode and capacitor and compare that voltage against the internal reference of the ADCMP350.
The open drain can be used to drive a FET to turn on the LED.
A second comparator can be used to enable/disable the charger. In this case a window comparator like the ADCMP670 or a dual comparator with programmable hysteresis like the ADCMP343 may be useful
We do not have high voltage battary chargers.

My meaning of reference circuit at here is the block diagram of your ADI proposed parts that you suggest to me to use. As i'm not really understand about the overall picture of your first ADI parts proposal.
