Difference between the LT8640SIV and LT8640SEV

Dear Sir or Madam, We have used LT8640SIV in our series product. Our production can only purchase LT8640SEV.
After studying the data sheet, I can't find the difference.
What is the difference between the two components.

    have a look on note 2 from page 4  in the datasheet:

    Note 2: The LT8640E/LT8640-1E is guaranteed to meet performance specifications from 0°C to 125°C junction temperature. Specifications over the –40°C to 125°C operating junction temperature range are assured by design, characterization, and correlation with statistical process controls. The LT8640I/LT8640-1I is guaranteed over the full –40°C to 125°C operating junction temperature range. The LT8640J/LT8640-1J and the LT8640H/LT8640-1H is guaranteed over the full –40°C to 150°C operating junction temperature range. High junction temperatures degrade operating lifetimes. Operating lifetime is derated at junction temperatures greater than 125°C. The junction temperature (TJ, in °C) is calculated from the
