Sorry for late reply.
Unless specified in the datasheet, there isn’t really a hard limit for the PWM dimming frequency of our LED driver parts. Dimming around 1kHz should be possible through the PWM pin of the LT3496. The diming ratios achievable may be reduced though with higher dimming frequency considering PMOS being used to do the dimming. This may not be an issue if you don’t need super high dimming ratios. You may get hold of one of our demo boards through our website or through an FAE so you can try in proto.
