if you or your customer check the datasheet page 6 you see following diagram:
You define your LED current by a sense resistor between pins ISP and ISN. LT3756 will regulate on this voltage.
There are more diagrams on this page to show stabilty of sense voltage as function of ISP common mode voltage and over temperature.
The specified parameter along with ISP and ISN pins resp. the sense voltage are in the datasheet on page 4
