Does this circuit work? I don't know why the circuit I have drawn is not working. I want to keep the current between 0-2 K load constant with DAC at the desired value between 0.5-20 mA. I want to keep the current between 0-2 K load constant with DAC at the desired value between 0.5-20 mA.
I attached an LTspice simulation that does what you want. The image below shows the simulation circuit and results. Check the pin numbering on your schematic - it looks like your pin number for the IN pin is wrong and the exposed pad should be connected to OUT. A capacitor from IN to OUT stabilizes the circuit.
