can i use LT8630 in below ways to achieve -10V output

You must connect LT8630's GND, along with other external component with respect to -Vout.

hi Audison, Can this part support positive input but provide negative output. alrhough LTSpice can simulate -10V output.coz my customer claim he follow above schematic to design his own board. but can only meausre -1V at output. what could be the possible reason?

Yes, you can configure this for negative output by following the typical application at page 19 of the datasheet. Kindly provide the actual schematic, and some scope shot so we can dig further with the issue. Thanks!
