Lt8613 parallel application

Hi All,

I`m Giacomo. I kindly would know if two or more parallel LT8613 switching regulators could be implemented together for providing higher power and if so, are there any problems with this configuration? Which type of precautions do I have to consider for this topology?

    Hello,

    to parallel two buck regulators you would need direct access to the compensation pin (VC or ITH) which enables accurate current sharing. This is not the case for the LT8613.

    LT8650S offers two outputs which can be paralleled (VC pins accessible). using two two LT8650S to generate one output with 4 phases is doable as well (page 29)
