We are using LTM4620AIY buck converter in our module to generate 2.5V and 1V from 5V. We have provided a 100k ohm shunt resistor from the Fset pin, so that a 1V is sensed at the pin which inturns sets the switching frequency around 400 KHz as mentioned in the chip datasheet. But as we are probing at switch node SW1,SW2 we are achieving only 130 KHz. Due to this ripple in output voltage is higher even at no load condition. We are operating the chip in Forced Continuous mode. Kindly look into this issue and revert back with a solution since our project is on hold due to this issue.
