LTM4620 output On the high side

Schematic design LTM4620 dual output 1.2V and 0.9V, 12V input. However, the design output of 0.9V reaches 1.6V. I guess whether the 120K resistance setting of Fset pin is too high.Because the manual suggests that the resistance should be set a little smaller if the output is below 1V;Or is it related to back-end load? Are there any other means of debugging?

  • Hello,

As Markus pointed out, the frequency you used should not violate the minimum on-time. To better help with your question, please send us the schematic of your circuit. At the same time, you can probe on the FB pin of the corresponding channel and check if it is at 0.6V. If not, you will need to check the cause and/or re-solder the module.
