LT1270 -based variable power supply

Question

/Hi, 
 is there any way i can modify LT1270 demonstration board output as a variable supply ? LT1270 Demonstration Board (Demo Board DC297A) provides voltage out put of +/-100 Volt .So i want to convert this as variable power supply from 0V to +/-100 V. 
 Also found that the transformer used in the demo board is obsolete now.Is there any equivalent for this ?
