Recommendations for screw tightening torque for LT1764AET (TO220)

I found a document on the internet titled "Torque Recommendations for TO-220 Devices".   I tried to upload it but EZ is not working for me right now.  I did not read the paper but the title looks promising.  Here is the link.  It does not make sense for manufacturers to repeat each other's work in certain areas where things are standardized already.

I understand that other manufacturers have recommended torque materials, but ADI does not.
