I want to use ADP1765 to deliver 1.8V/40A RF power
Because of 1.8V/40A , it need 8 parallel
Is this feasible?
Or, do you have any concern , reference date or experience for this part?
BTW, is LT3071 suitable for this RF power application?

Paralleling 8 should be fine as long as you follow design considerations when paralleling.

For paralleling multiple ADP176x, please refer to this guide discussing the different considerations in configuring LDOs in parallel. The sample LDO on the document is the ADP1763 but the same applies to ADP1765. On the reference document, active paralleling method will ensure proper current sharing across LDOs.
It will also be good if you could use 9 ADP1765 to provide current headroom & operate the LDOs below maximum rating.
I want to use passive way to do current sharing.
And My application actually use 9 devices to do this power delivery
But this datasheet has no clear calculation or formula to ballast resistor ,

We don't have a reference design as of the moment. As small ballast resistor as possible to minimize loss with tradeoff of current sharing. You have do better do this by test. Please reach out to a local FAE to help you further.
