I don't see any limitation but the 110ns MIN off time. I think it is possible to go towards MAX VIN. But in the typical applications section of datasheet, I can only see circuits up until 12VOUT so I don't know if higher VOUT have been tested and proven perfectly ok. You may want to get a demo board and test & check design using LTspice.
