ADM660 doubler specification

Question

Hi 
 May we know the output drop voltage in AD660(doubler-mode) ? 
 We consider D-range for sink driver ICs or discrete. 
 We will use ADM660 for LED anode voltage. 
 Vin=5V OUT=10V max 100mA 
 Vf=4.6V(max) 
 LED Cathode connects to sink driver and etc. 
 
 We have Output Resistance and TPC3 characteristics in ADM660 datasheet. 
 These are same specification in Both Invertring Mode and Doubling Mode, aren't them?(Are SPECIFICATIONS and any graph for Both of them?) 
 Is ADM660 Output Resistance specification at TA = TMIN to TMAX?

I am not sure what the output drop voltage means? Could you please clarify?

Yes, they are the same.

&ldquo;Is ADM660 Output Resistance specification at TA = TMIN to TMAX?&rdquo;

The output resistance specification is for -40C to 85C (Tmin to Tmax), and ranges from 9 ohms to 15 ohms. Refer TPC14.
