ADM660 doubler specification

Hi

May we know the output drop voltage in AD660(doubler-mode) ?

We consider D-range for sink driver ICs or discrete.

We will use ADM660 for LED anode voltage.

Vin=5V OUT=10V max 100mA

Vf=4.6V(max)

LED Cathode connects to sink driver and etc.

We have  Output Resistance and TPC3 characteristics in ADM660 datasheet.

These are same specification in Both Invertring Mode and  Doubling Mode, aren't them?(Are SPECIFICATIONS and any graph for Both of them?)

Is ADM660 Output Resistance specification at TA = TMIN to TMAX?

    I mean "the output drop" is a difference between ideal Vout (2Vin) to actual Vout.

    I think that the actual output depends on external C1,C2 mismatch,  ESR and frequency (from datasheet p.7 p.9 ).

    In Specification, it is C1=C2 and ESR<0.2ohm.
