I am working on a design using LT1944, with input of 2-3V and the first output of 16V/10mA max.  The second output I would like to set at a fixed multiple of the input voltage (1.5x), so it varies from 3-4.5V according to the input.  Max current from that output would be 100mA.  So in essence, not unlike a charge pump function.  Would this be possible?
