Hi all!
I want to get 3V output using ADP151ACPZ-1.8 in adjustable output voltage operation mode.
My schematic is:
But I'm not sure about EPAD pin connection. Could I connect EPAD pin to PCB ground. Or I must connect it to GND pin of ADP151?

Hi Osipov-ae,
Connect the EPAD to the PCB GND where the ADP151 GND pin is also connected.
Best Regards,
Alex
In my case GND pin of ADP151 is connected to PCB ground via 130 ohm resistor. Can I connect EPAD pin to PCB gnd directly to enhance thermal performance of the package?

Hi ospipov-ae,
Yes, you can connectd the epad to PCB GND.
