ADP3624 at 5V

Question

The datasheet for the ADP3624 says that it can use a supply voltage from 4.5V-18V. The peak output current is only spec'ed for a Vdd of 12V and there are no plots of output current vs Vdd. I see that the rise/fall times and propagation delays would go up but what would be the other side effects of running this chip at 5V instead of 12V?

You should be able to run this part safely as long as your operating condition is within the specified limit. The datasheet's electrical spec table is tested at a typical voltage e.g. 12V. The driver loss will be lower at lower voltages. This would be the main difference b/w 5V and 12V.
