I am working on redesign of Cardio save system having Dual battery and DC Power supply.
Battery1 Charge Voltage: 16.6V (Max) & 3.5A charge current
Battery2 Charge Voltage: 16.6V (Max) & 3.5A charge current
DC Power supply: 15V / 18A (Fixed voltage)
Looking for a solution to charge dual batteries from 15V DC supply.
In the existing design , LTC1479 is used for charge management along with BQ2954.
We are looking for design optimization.
Please suggest suitable parts to meet our design requirements.
