Hello,
Actually I want to design a 3kV/4W generator.I don't want to generate 3kV directly at the out of the flyback transformer (Because of the size of the transformer) but to generate 1.5kV and to add a voltage doubler.
Without the voltage doubler I have 1.5kV at the output. When I add the voltage doubler the voltage is not multiplied by 2 (In fact at the secondary we dont have a symetric voltage) and more the voltage at the secondary is weaker with 50nF in the voltage doubler and 4500V with 10nF in the voltage doubler.
I don't find how to design a flyback power with voltage doubler (Because I think that the impedance of the voltage doubler is most important to design the flyback DCDC), do you have informations, a paper, or recommendation ?
Input parameters to design it :
Vin : 3.7V - 4.2V
Vout : 3000kV
Pout : 4W
Non isolated

This IC is not suitable for the application. If you include leakage inductance and parasitic capacitance to the transformer model, the simulation probably won't work properly.
Here is a high voltage design. A design with more than 1000Vout would be very challenging.
Hello,
Thank you for your informations. I go to change this IC. And modify my design to test it.
But I think, that I will have the same problem with the voltage doubler who will influence the voltage in function of the capacitor value.
