For 350 mA extra IBIAS (550 mA total) from AMP1, I use SSM2211 AMP, according to the ADN2830's datasheet, but I don't know how to choose right resistance R1 and R2. Are they kΩ or Ω ?

In general, the IBIAS compliance voltage could be higher than 1.23V, and the max. IBIAS current could be about 200mA. If we know what is the selected laser diode Ith, and its I-V performance, we can go from there.
As an example, assume a selected laser diode has its Vth = 1.6V, V(550mA) = 1.8V, and Vcc = 5.0V,
R1 could be R1 = (5.0-1.8-1.23)V / 0.2A = 1.97V/0.2A = 9.85ohm, and R2 = 5.63ohm.
