ADP2108, ADP5300, ADP5302 100% duty operation input voltage

Hi All, 
 
 One of my customer is considering to use DC-DC regulator on his prototype board. 
 I recommended ADP2108, ADP530, or ADP5302 for his purpose. 
 He sent me the following question. 
 What is the input voltage at which the device reaches 100 duty operation for Vout=3.0V, Iout=100mA?
