LTM8052 LGA and BGA package

Could anyone in LTC power supply to answer this question? We are waiting for this urgently. Thank you.

Hello Victor,

LTM8052AEY and LTM8052AEV can be interchangeable since there is no electrical performance difference between them.

However, the height and packages are different as shown below:

LTM8052AEV:  LGA package, Height=2.82 mm

LTM8052AEY:  BGA package, Height=3.42 mm
