Good day!

Iq is the input (supply) current measured according to the test conditions specified (refer to third column please).

Sleep and active modes are discussed on page 10 of the datasheet.

Shutdown pertains to the condition when part is disabled.

Iq is better measured with a high-precision ammeter because of its typically small values.

However, let me get back to you for the Vin leakage current.

Good day! Sorry but we do not have data for the Vin leakage current. You may refer to the Iq_shutdown parameter instead.
