What is the rise/fall time of the PWRGD on the ADM1185 output?

I'm wondering if you can safely input this directly into an FPGA without a Schmidt-trigger.

The PWRGD pin in ADM1185 is open drain output, the rise time will depend on the pull resistor that you are using for the output and the trace capacitance.
