We are using the ADP225 to output two voltages and have found in several cases that the Vout2 port has stopped working. There is no visible damage and the Vadj2 is measuring 0V. This is true with or without a load on the output. Vout1 and Vadj1 appears to be working fine.
Is there some way that we could have damaged only half the circuit? Downstream circuitry still works fine if a separate voltage connected while bypassing the LDO.
