Can LTC4123 output voltage increase to 4.2v?
The LTC4123 output voltage is fixed at 1.51V, and is designed to charge NiMH-chemistry cells. If you are looking to wirelessly charge a Li-ion cell to 4.2V, you should consider the LTC4120-4.2.
Is LTC4120-4.2 is good for charging LIR1220 since its charge constant current
is about 1.6mA.

For such a small charging current (1.6mA), the LTC4120-4.2 is not a good choice; the LTC4120 is designed to charge at 50-400mA. Analog Devices is working on a lower-charging-current part for small lithium-ion cells which should become available very shortly. What is the expected annual useage (EAU) for your application?
Our application now is for medical use BTLE Ring. If we consider other
market use coming year expectation can be around 1000pcs.
Is this new low power charger IC will be pin to pin compatible to LTC4120
or will it be with lower external parts as in LTC4123?
