LT3045-1 Clamping Voltage Between SET and OUTS

Hi,

According to the LT3045-1 datasheet, there is a SET-TO-OUTS PROTECTION CLAMP, that prevents too high voltages between th error amplifier's inputs in case the output voltage differs too much from the SET voltage (for instance in active current limit).

The current flowing through this voltage clamp must not exceed 20mA and also CSET is limited due to the dynamic current carrying capability.

Is there any data on the exact clamp voltage of theis clamp circuit? The datasheet mentioned a diode and a 25 ohms resistor, but the characteristic of the diode is not mentioned and also not if there are maybe two diodes in series with the resistor or only one.

Regards,

Gerd
