Spice model frequency limitation during system level PI Simulation activity

Hi Team,
I am a simulation engineer, I want to understand at what frequency range I could trust Analog devices regulator spice model in the system level PI simulation activity.
Because, some times there is an limitation in spice models using in simulations.
Currently I am performing transient simulation by including LTM4638EY spice model, Board and FPGA Package S-Parameter models.
I have performed Board + Package S-Parameter simulation up to 1KHz to 3GHz, but I am worried about Analog devices regulator spice model limitation about transient simulation frequency range.

    The LTM4638 simulation is intended to simulate within the part's operating frequency range, from 400kHz to 3MHz (refer to datasheet).  Operation outside this range may not yield accurate results.

    For transient response, using the Supply Design in LTpowerCAD often provides a more accurate transient simulation than LTspice for parts using CCM.  You will be able to adjust the frequency within the LTM4638's operating range in LTpowerCAD as well.
