ADP5052 Hiccup Protection getting triggered

Hey,

I have wanted to bring up a custom board and wanted to use the ADP5052 IC as the PMIC.

The issue I'm facing is that the 1V rail (channel 2 of the IC) is not coming up and seems to be following the pattern of hiccup protection. I had checked for shorts on the rail and there does not seem to be any.

The switching frequency is 497 Khz, and the current limit is set at 2.63A.

The inductor I'm using is 1uH (XFL4020-102).

I have attached the snap of shematic, layout and oscilloscope output for your reference.

    Hi Jophins,

    The swing positive and negative of the output is very strange. Make sure that part are mounted correctly and PCB layout guideline is followed well. SW2 node voltage will give you good understanding of what's going on the switching. It would be good that you compare its performance of demo board that we have available.
