LT3518 PWM Pin bias Current

Hello.

The last parameter in page 3 is "PWM Pin Bias Current". Is that current which we need to drive that pin (at which voltage value that current is defined? Or maybe it is the inherent bias current, as we know from op-amps, so if a resistor will be connect to ground, for example, a voltage drop will be developed by this current.

In addition- what is the direction of that current- into the pin?
