    Hi charles,

Sorry for the inconvenience. LTpowerCAD requires Microsoft .NET 4.6 or higher as well as Microsoft SQL Server Compact. From the error message it looks like your machine does not have the correct .NET version installed for the program. Normally during installation of the LTpowerCAD program the installer would recognize this and automatically install the missing requirements. If not recognized possibly a sufficient .NET version was installed but is missing some required components.

It would be recommended to uninstall LTpowerCAD and download the installer package on the website (http://ltpowercad.analog.com/software/LTpowerCADII.zip) and unzip. The installer package includes installers for the correct .NET version, please try to first run the installer file 'NDP46-KB3045557-x86-x64-AllOS-ENU.exe' which is located inside of the 'DotNetFX46' folder.

    Thanks

  • Hi,

When trying to install  'NDP46-KB3045557-x86-x64-AllOS-ENU.exe' which is located inside of the 'DotNetFX46' folder, it was installed already properly.

Double clicking and installing the executables in the "SQL Server Compact Edition" folder manually solved the issue.
