Hi,
I am new to LTC6142. I am using LTC6142-LAD , Lithium Ion Battery (Single Cell). I am always getting 0V from Vbat register (Battery voltage is 4V). A
I am facing some more issues based on various Scenario ,
1. If i Connect the Charger then i can read 4.2V from Vin register and 4V from Vbat.
2. Now i have disconnected charger (Not battery) and continue to read the Vbat and Vin . Now i'm getting 4V from Vbat register and 0V from Vin Register.
3. I have disconnected charger and battery. Again I Connected the battery with my pCB and read Vbat . Now the Vbat value s 0V.
Configuration details:
Used the SDK library of LTC6142-LAD and set all register values to default.
Why i am always reading 0V frm Vbat while there is no charger connected and battery is full?
