4 cell Li-Ion with LTM8055/LTM8064 ?

Question

Hi, I was going to use the LTM8062A as my 4 cell battery charger but for system efficiency I think I want to switch to the LTM8054 or LTM8055. Are there any recommended designs or red flags I need to know before jumping in? 
 It looks like I can set the Iin and Iout resistors to try and get a behavior where I don't kill batteries. The supply is going to be controlled with some logic by an FPGA I have so I can control the enable and keep track with a timer. I have system information available to me for temperature and voltage/current measurements. 
 The power flow is something like this: 
 
 USB PD3.0 -> LTM8054 -> 4 cell battery

Hi 
 Using LTM8054 and LTM8055 should be straight forward enough as they are designed to be used in such applications. 
 During your design stage please use LTpowerCAD VII to get the optimum values for your applications. 
 
 I would also recommend to follow the recommend layout or copy the demo board layout as it its very critical for it to perform as expected. 
 also follow the soldering methodology recommend as these are big parts and are quite hard to mount if you do not have prior experience with it.

You may also want to check the input voltage from the USB as these micromodules are down to 5VIN MIN only.
