ADP3654 is a N-MOSFET driver. I would recommend looking in to LTC1693-5

You could use the circuit on page one of the data sheet at reference

this is hte simple circuit I have in mind
the output stage are totem pole, why it should not work?

You could try the configuration, please note that the logic would be inverted when using a PMOS
