LT8361 Demo can't rise the voltage to 80V when the input of 5V (just maintain 5V)

I'm a student from China. This is the picture of pcbsch file. The Demo is made by commercial PCB manufacturer (10 pic). I don't know the reason why it can't work. I hope someone can help me.

Hi,

Two questions:

1. is Vin connected to the 5V input? I assume it is, but the schematic is not clear.

2. Is the IC backside pad connected to the ground return?

If both answers are yes, then, the IC is…

Please, also make sure your component values match the datasheet application, particularly R4.

Hi,

If both answers are yes, then, the IC is damaged, or the PCB does not match the schematic.

Thank you for your reply. The Vin is connected to 5V indeed. The IC backside pad isn't checked. We will confirm it immediately.
