LTC4065L Charging Voltage

Hello;

 

We have two questions about LTC4065:

1. In datasheet; preset voltage is 4.1V for LTC4065L-4.1; but in operation State Diagram; it says <4.0V decision. When will the chrager stop charging? @ 4.0V or 4.1V?

2. Can it support multiple Cell in parallel charging?

    The full-charge voltage of the LTC4065L-4.1 can be found in the Electrical Characteristics table, p. 3 in the datasheet. The flow chart on page 12 shows the recharge voltage.  If the cell is connected to the LTC4065L-4.1 and the cell voltage drops below 4.0V the LTC4065L-4.1 will initiate a recharge cycle and charge the cell to the full-charge voltage.  Note also the spec for Recharge Battery Threshold Voltage on p. 3.
