I need an ideal diode controller for my new electronic circuit product. Before, I have used LTC4416 controller and FDD9510L-F085 Mosfet for ideal diode application but with current through Mosfet only about 10A. In new circuit, current through Mosfet is about 25 to 30A. Is LTC 4416 whith a bigger Mosfet suitable?

An N-channel controller is more suitable for your current level. These are in the LTC435x series: consider LTC4353 (dual 0V-18V), LTC4355 (dual 9V-80V), LTC4359 (single 4V-80V with switch capability), or select "N-Channel" under Ideal Diode column to see more controllers here:
Thanks for your information. Can you tell me which parameter in datasheet of IC say that it can use in high current ideal diode application? As i thought, with high current, bigger Mosfet used so time to on/off Mosfet is longer because higher Qgs, but i don't know there is any limitation from IC or not?
Hello, You're correct. There is no limitation (or such a parameter) from controller side since FET is external. For higher currents, controller has to drive a larger gate capacitance, prolonging gate on/off time.
