Hello. I am developing LTC4120-4.2 for research. When we fabricated the LTC 4120-4.2 PCB, we found that the charge voltage was 4.2V (Vin: 12V). However, it does not work when assembled together with the PCB board I am developing. It was working at first, but it's not working at any moment.
Currently Vbat outputs 1.8V. Do you have any advice on this? The circuit I used is shown below.
Incidentally, Tx part uses DC2330A module. please answer about my question.
Does it still work when you are not pairing with a TX? Could you try just supplying the LTC4120-4.2 with 12V on IN pin and check whether the output voltage is still 4.2V. Another thing you can try is to probe Vbat pin and check what is the voltage waveform.
By the way, is there any chance that your battery is connected with some kind of load?
Also, check for the following on your layout.

Should the C9 be connected directly to the IN pin on the PCB layout?
In my layout, it is connected to the In pin through another device that is connected to the In pin.
