Per the datasheet "Exposed Pad (Pin 17, DFN Package): Exposed pad may be left open or connected to device ground."
The block diagram in the datasheet does not show any internal connection to pin 17. Is this assumption correct?
Is there any benefit to leaving the exposed pad floating vs. connected to ground?
