LTC3219 charge pump 1X without flying caps?

Hello, 
 
 I have a question concerning LTC3219 multi-LED sink driver: 
 Is it possible to run the chip at Vbat=5V, and discard the charge pump components? 
 In this manner, the LED Anodes would connect to 5V instead of charge pump output, and the charge pump would remain in mode 1X. 
 (The chip connects Vbat to Vout in the 1X state.)

Hello, the flying capacitors can be eliminated if VBAT is going to be 5V and the charge pump is not going to be used. A capacitor on the CPO output is still required. The charge pump can also be set to forced 1x mode to prevent any noise from tripping the charge pump if the circuit is in a noisy environment or if an LED opens.)
