For the LTC3614, is it possible to program a soft start time less than the ~1ms internal soft start?
Using the equation for tss on page 19 of the datasheet, if I use Rss as 100k and Css as 33nF, for SVin = 5V I get tss = 422us. Will this work or will it still be limited to 1ms?
I only ask because it says "If a longer soft-start period is desired ...", no mention of shorter.
I require a shorter soft start to meet the requirements of a power on reset circuit within the device I am supplying.
