Does anybody know whether the LTC1872 device has got an internal thermal shutdown and what is the temperature it would shut down?

There's not the thermal shutdown feature mentioned in the datasheet. Thus it's not in the chip either. Why did you ask?
Thank you very much for your reply Victor.
I am not sure I would agree that not be mentioned in the datasheet does mean in not in the chip either so I would ask you whether yours is an assumption or you have verified it within the design team?
The reason why I am asking it is because I am planning to use it in a high temperature environment (normally 150C, possibly up to 180C).
Many thanks.
The datasheet specifies operating temperature only up to 85degC and junction temperature of up to 150degC. Please do not operate above these numbers.
