LTM4668A Current limit

I will use LTM4688A

Let me ask a question about the overcurrent protection function

 Does it mean that each pulse has a limit of 2A?

In that case, if the limit is detected, does the lower FET turn on?

And will the upper FET turn on again at the next PWM timing?

    Hi UBOTI,

    The LTM4668A is a constant frequency, peak current mode part which means the internal IC will look at the peak inductor current to decide when to turn off the top switch. In an event of an overcurrent fault, the bottom switch turns on until the next oscillator clock cycle. The top swtich will turn on again and if the overcurrent condition is still there, the same behavior (Top fet off, bottom fet on the sink current) happens until the overcurrent fault condition is gone.
