There is an LTC4267 LTSpice model available. I recommend downloading LTSpice to get this file.

I checked it and its working fine for now.
Is it possible to get it separately (as a file) so that i can import it to some other simulator for simulation??

Hi Anand,

You can actually download the test jig file in the LTspice examples folder. See attached zip file. But I don't think there is a way for it to work in other simulator.
